Madison County Jail Log

The following persons were arrested and booked into the Madison County Jail during the period of March 26 through April 2 according to the county jail activity report.

Individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Michael Shane Barr, 39, Tyler, DWI - second offense. Posted bond.

Cedric Darnell Barton, 38, Madisonville, theft of property. Held on $1,500 bond.

Israel Cabrera, Jr., 47, Leona, DWI - third or more and evading arrest detention with vehicle. Posted bond (times two).

Danny Ray Childress, 43, Madisonville, burglary of habitation, interference with emergency call, criminal mischief and Austin parole division - blue warrant. Warrant recalled; rejected by DA.

Elizabeth Ann Cobb, 29, Madisonville, fraud possession controlled substance/ prescription. PR bond per JP Plotts.

Dayton Donnell Farr, 21, Fort Worth, possession of marijuana. Time served.

Craigus Demon Goffney, 30, Midway, false report to police and DWLI. Posted bond (times two).

Joseph Haywood Green, 35, Midway, unauthorized use of motor vehicle. Posted $1,500 SU bond.

Octavia Guardado-Macias, 25, Jacksonville, DWI and driving without a license. Posted $1,000 SU bond.

Troy Len Helms, 36, court commitment - DWI weekender. Weekend complete.

Juan Basaldua Hernandez, 47, Madisonville, failure to identify fugitive from justice, resist arrest search or transport and criminal mischief. Transported to A.S.H.

Gloria Dann Hogan, 26, Madisonville, Capias DWLI/ Lubbock County. Posted PR bond.

Michael Wayne Isbell, 44, Bedias, theft of property. Received nine months probation.

Tony Loa, 41, Madisonville, weekender/ interfere with 911. Two days complete.

Devin Brent Lummus, 20, Madisonville, aggravated sexual assault child. Posted $20,000 SU bond.

Alfonzo Menchaca, 28, Bryan, disorderly conduct. Paid $500 city fine.

Dana Janeen Mitchell, 43, Bedias, theft property by check. Probation.

Victor Lee Nealy, 45, Madisonville, no proof of liability insurance and expired driver's license. Time served.

Michael Charles Obryant, 41, Huntsville, probation violation/ parole violation. Held - $15,000 bond. Richard Dean Polk, 49, Centerville, court commitment - DWI. Weekend complete.

Terrence Dushun Rogers, 29, Madisonville, burglary of habitation, aggravated sexual assault, violated protective order and aggravated assault causes serious bodily injury. Posted $15,000 bond.

Connie Ruth Vaught, 61, Bryan, criminal trespass. $500 PR bond.

Gerald Truett Wester, 64, Bryan, criminal trespass. To Brazos County.

Jeremy Dequan Williams, 24, Madisonville, possession of marijuana. Weekend complete.

Dusty Gene Wilson, 23, Madisonville, DWLS, DWLI, judgement NISI and issuance of bad check. To Brazos County.
