The Madisonville High School Class of 2008 Project Graduation will hold a meeting Wednesday, Feb. 27, at 5 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Madisonville. All interested persons should plan to attend.

The Texas Youth Ranch Rodeo Association will hold a Ranch Rodeo Clinic Feb. 23 and March 1 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the Yellow Rose Arena, I-45 at OSR.

The final weekend of Little League sign-up for boys and girls ages 5-16 will be held this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., in the parking lot of Wal-Mart. The cost is $40 for the first child in each family, and $35 for each additional child in the same family. More information is available at madi sonvillelittleleague.org.

An appreciation program for Eunice Holley will be held Sunday, March 2, at 2 p.m. at Tanyard United Methodist Church, 9866 Tanyard Lane in Midway. The Mighty Guiding Cloud Singers will entertain.

The Tri-County Diggers garden club will host its annual Tasting Luncheon and Bake Sale on Friday, Feb. 22, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church's Family Life Center in Madisonville. Admission is $7, and includes a plate of food, dessert and a drink.

The Madison County Republican Party will meet Thursday, Feb. 14, at 7 p.m. at the courthouse. The public is welcome to spend Valentine's evening there.

The Bethel Cemetery Association will hold a fish fry Saturday, March 1, at the Kimbro Center from 5 to 7 p.m., including an auction, and a pie and cake sale. Tickets are available at Madisonville State Bank and at First State Bank of Bedias.
