Christmas presents needed for Madison County kids

Madison County Elves for Santa (MCES) is having its Seventh Annual toy drive for Madison County children.

All toys and money given for toys go to Madison County children from infants to 12 years of age. This organization is funded by local businesses, organizations and individuals, and all money is spent on the Madison County families who are in need at this time of year.

There are toy drop-off locations around town, including H & R Block, Wal-Mart and Brookshire Bros. grocery store. Alternately, donors may call Sharon Phelps at 936-348-8460 to find out where to take them.

“Please help us to help the children and families of Madison County,” said Phelps.
