JAMES “JIM” ROGER SNOW 1942 – 2023 James “Jim” Roger Snow, 81, of Marquez, Texas passed away on August 30, 2023. A visitation will be held at Cozart Funeral Home in Normangee, Texas on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 from 11a.m.

1956 – 2023, Marion Irving, 66, of Madisonville, TX, passed away on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at his home with his loving wife, LaJune by his side.

With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we mourn the passing of Jenalee Marie Bullock, a cherished daughter, sister, aunt, niece and friend. She graced this world with her presence on March 23, 1983, in Casper, Wyoming, and peacefully left us on August 22, 2023, in Madisonville, Texas. Jenalee was a beacon of light in our lives and her memory will forever be etched in our hearts.

On March 14, 1954, a baby girl, Jewel Dean Tyler, was born to Dorothy Lee Tyler and Ell Tyler, III. At a young age, Jewel became a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church.

Shonquell Montiz Anderson; 30 years, 7 months, 6 days; of Dallas, TX; passed away on Saturday; August 5, 2023. Graveside services are scheduled for 1PM on Saturday; August 26, 2023 at Tanyard Cemetery in Midway; TX. Bro. Ernest Taylor will officiate.

Dillon Wayne Crocker, age 29, of Madisonville, Texas passed away August 18, 2023, at his home. A celebration of his life was held 4 p.m., Saturday, August 26, 2023, at Madisonville Funeral Home, Madisonville, Texas. Dillon was laid to rest in McVey Family Cemetery.

“Beginnings are usually scary and endings are usually sad, but it’s everything in between that makes it all worth living.” -Bob Marley Cheryl lived an inspirational life. She loved sharing her humble, smalltown High Island beginnings with her brother, sister, cousins and lifelong friends.

David Wayne Martin was born on August 15, 1960, and passed on August 1, 2023, at the age of 62. David was the second son of Kenneth Wayne Martin and Betty Wilson Martin, and the last survivor of their three children. His father was a career Marine and absent during their upbringing for three tours in the Far East, including Vietnam, leaving the parenting duties to their mother during those years.
