Ouida Maude Spivey, 97, of Madisonville, Texas passed away on Feb. 4, 2024 in Madisonville, Texas. She was born on Feb. 5, 1927 to John and Gertie (Flint) Thomas in North Zulch, Texas. Ouida married Cecil Spivey in 1942. She was a founding member of the Highway 90 Church of Christ in Madisonville. Ouida was a very kind and thoughtful Christian wife, mother and neighbor. She worked very hard every day while raising five children.
