Annual Fish Fry Set for Oct. 21


Save Saturday afternoon, Oct. 21, 4 to 9 p.m. — The world famous Bedias Volunteer Fire Department Annual Fish Fry and Auction is here again and everyone is invited to attend and participate in all of the fun.

This event is the principal fundraiser for our brave and diligent volunteer firefighters in their efforts to keep us, and our properties, safe throughout the year. Please go to our Facebook page,, or the BVFD Facebook page,, for more information.

•The Bedias Women’s Club will meet on the third Thursday, Oct 19, this month, at 2 p.m., rather than their usual fourth Thursday gathering. Please call Sharon Allen, 979-218-1009 for more information.

Thank you to everyone who joined us last Sunday evening, Oct. 8, for the Second Sunday Christian Music Night with “In His Image” at Miller’s Theatre in downtown Navasota. We anticipate offering another Christian Music Night in February or March next year; please plan to join us every second Sunday evening for great faith and family programs.
