Reflecting on the last couple of weeks anticipating and then enduring hurricane Harvey, we are very proud and appreciative to live in such a caring and loving community. •The scheduled Sept. 11 grand opening of the new Bedias medical clinic has been postponed due to hurricane Harvey disruptions. We are told that home visits may be requested by appointment until the new clinic is finally ready to open its doors.
The BIS (Bedias, Iola, Singleton) Community Clinic in Bedias is a full-service family practice clinic serving all ages with a focus on wellness and prevention. Services will include acute visits, well child, well adult, women's health, school/sports physicals, vaccines for children, DOT physicals, chronic care management and much more.
Medicare/Medicaid will be accepted, along with all major area insurances. Hospital affiliations are with Baylor, Scott and White, CHI St. Joseph, Memorial Hermann and The Woodlands.

•Our anticipated Second Sunday Christian Music Night at Miller’s Theatre in downtown Navasota, with live music featuring "In His Image" has been moved to Oct. 8.
Our Sept. 10 Second Sunday Christian Movie Night program will feature the hit film “The Case for Christ.” Please plan to join us for both of these great events.
