Charles Milton Taylor; 79 years, 9 months, and 23 days; passed away on June 29, 2019 in Madisonville, Texas. Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. on Tuesday; July 2, 2019 at concord chapel in Iola, Texas with the burial to follow at concord cemetery in Iola. Marty Ballesteros will officiate.
Charles was born in Bryan, Texas to Luther Milton and Annie Loree (\Mcwhorter) Taylor. He grew up in Pasadena, Texas and worked in the petrochemical industry most of his life. He and his wife were long-time members of the Second Baptist church in Pasadena.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Maudie Ann Taylor; and his wife of nearly fifty-three years, Peggy Sue (Brobst) Taylor.
Charles is survived by his daughters, Carol Regnier (Wilson) and Karen Smith; his grandchildren, Travis Windham, Theresa Jost, Emily Smith, and Ethan Smith; numerous great-grandchildren, cousins, and friends.
Charles's family would like to express their gratitude to the caretakers at Texas loving senior care; to Mrs. Juanita Cliett who cared for him during his many hours of dialysis treatments; and to Traditions Hospice Care.
