The Madison County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), Walker County Sheriff’s Office, Texas Highway Patrol and the Madisonville Police Department, executed multiple drug-related arrest warrants in Madisonville and North Zulch on Thursday.

“This all began about three months ago,” said Madison County Sheriff Travis Neeley. “Investigators started receiving intelligence information from different sources in the community about these individuals and their high-volume of traffic for narcotics. They put together a plan and were able to cultivate this into a situation where they were actually able to purchase narcotics from the individuals on an undercover basis. Several purchases were made and it culminated last Friday.”

Undray Young, 50 years old, was arrested in North Zulch on four felony counts of Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance and three felony counts of Tampering with Evidence. Young’s bond was revoked on multiple prior felony charges including Manufacture/Delivery of a controlled substance, Unlawful Possession of Firearm by a Felon and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Additional felony charges are pending.

Jeremy Williams, 37 years old, was arrested in Madisonville on two felony counts of Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Additional felony charges are pending.

Demetrius Morning, 44 years old, was arrested in Madisonville on the felony charge of Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

Lisa Chandler, 28 years old, was arrested in Madisonville on the felony charges of Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Unauthorized Absence from a Correctional Facility. Chandler was already being held by the county.

This is an ongoing investigation and all subjects listed are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
