Ellen witnessed many changes in her 102 years from some of the first automobiles on the road to today’s computers and so much in between. Few have witnessed so much change. Yet, with all that has changed, God hasn’t. On July 20, 2016, Ellen Elizabeth Dittfurth answered the call to come home to the same God she worshipped as a child and throughout all her life. Ellen was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years Louis Ernst Dittfurth; her parents: James and Abigail Thompson, her sister, Ruby Kaiser, and brother-in-law, Frank Kaiser; and brother Harry Thompson.
