Iola ISD will hold an Iola Science Camp from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, for kids in first through fifth grade. Proceeds from the camp, which costs $50 per camper, will be used to purchase science supplies for the high school science lab. Please make checks payable to Iola ISD. Payment is due on the first day of camp. Campers should bring a sack lunch each day to camp. Contact Krisha Goodney with any questions at kgoodney@iolaisd.net.

The Third Annual Midnight Madness football event will kick off at 8 p.m. Sunday. The event, to support the 2019 Bulldogs, will feature tailgating, a silent auction, “Little Bulldogs” signups, meetings with coaches and players, cheerleaders, community fellowship and lots of fun.

There will be a Li’l Dawgs youth football camp on from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. tomorrow. This one-day camp is free, available for kids aged 5-12 and will take place at Bulldog Stadium. Train with the Iola High school coaching staff, using the most current exercises and techniques to develop skill and football knowledge. Meet and greet current and former players, coaches, parents and community members. If you have any questions, please contact head football coach Kerry Bramburg at kbramburg@iolaisd.net.

Cross Baptist Church will host VBS 2019 until Friday, meeting from 6:15 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. each day. Ages Pre-K thru sixth grade completed will be able to attend. Plan for your whole family to join us on Friday night for food and fun.
