There will be a Li’l Dawgs youth football camp from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Aug. 1 at Iola High School’s Bulldog Stadium. The free one-day camp is available for kids aged 5-12. Train with the Iola High school coaching staff, using the most current exercises and techniques to develop skill and football knowledge. Iola Youth Athletics will have soccer sign ups from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday at the Iola Community Center.

Cross Baptist Church will hold Vacation Bible School 2019 from Monday through Aug. 2. Bring your kids to join us for a fun-filled week discovering Jesus from Eternity Past to Eternity Future. VBS will run from 6:16-8:30 p.m. each day. Ages Pre-k thru 6th grade Completed will be able to attend. Plan for your whole family to join us on Friday night for food and fun.
