NZ loses three in Bryan

The North Zulch baseball team is now 1-3 after a win over Somerville and losses to St. Joseph Catholic School and Bryan-College Station Homeschool.

The team, coached by Matt McManemin, fell 15-4 to BCSH on Feb. 20, followed by a 14-3 loss to St. Joseph on Feb. 23.

The team’s first win came Feb. 26 to Somerville, as the Bulldogs outscored the Yeguas, 14-6. North Zulch took a second loss to BCSH on March 3, falling 10-9.

North Zulch takes the field again on Thursday as the Bulldogs host Latexo at 6:30 p.m.

Lady Bulldogs

Head Softball Coach Greg Horn was ill this week and unable to provide scores and statistics from last week’s games. The Lady Bulldogs lost to Onalaska on Feb. 25 with a final score of 11-8.
