Johnny Hatch was arrested in Madisonville after a disturbance at the Oakwood apartments on 701 North Madison Street by the Madisonville Police Department. Initially, Hatch was charged with criminal mischief, and the MPD noted that he had a previous warrant for criminal mischief.
