1950 – 2025 Dana Lynn Goree, born on February 15, 1950, passed away peacefully with her devoted brother, Frederick Dennis Goree and Charlene Goree, by her side. Her life, though marked by challenges, was a radiant testament to resilience, joy, and unconditional love.

North Zulch Independent School District FCCLA students are seeking sponsors to help fund their trip to the National FCCLA Leadership Conference in Orlando, Florida, July 4-10. Nine students will represent Texas FCCLA as regional and state officers, STAR Event participants and Knowledge Bowl competitors.

The Hilltop Lakes Equestrian Association will host its “Run FORE the Roses” Golf Tournament on Saturday, June 7, at the Hilltop Lakes Golf Course. The derby-themed tournament will begin with a 9 a.m.
