AUSTIN — Texas Department of Public Safety rolled out a new design, Aug. 18, on Texas driver license and identification cards. All newly issued Texas DLs and IDs will feature a new look, which has increased security features. The previously issued cards, with the current design, are still valid until their expiration date.
NORTH ZULCH — North Zulch Independent School District wants to spend $284,554 more next year even though 22 fewer students will walk through its doors. The district’s proposed $6.69 million budget for 2025-2026 marks a 4.44 percent increase over this year’s $6.4 million spending plan.
