Double homicide suspect dies in custody following Fraley's shooting

MIDWAY - A Midway man shot and killed two coworkers at an oil pad site off FM 2346, stole a company truck and drove to Fraley's Food Store where he shot a woman multiple times Friday, Feb. 13.
The Madison County Sheriff's Office identified the suspect as Jeffery Rayshun Foster, 45, of Midway. Foster died at the Madison County Jail before he could be processed into the facility. More information on the circumstances of his death has not been released.
Two dead, one critical after robbery, chase in Madison County

MIDWAY -- A woman was shot multiple times during an aggravated robbery at Fraley's Food Store Friday, Feb. 13, and the suspect who fled in a stolen truck is dead after becoming unresponsive at the Madison County Jail.
Two other men were also found dead with gunshot wounds. Investigators connected both killings to the same suspect.
Suspect in custody after shooting at Midway store

MIDWAY - One person suffered a gunshot wound during an incident at Fraley's Food Store Friday, Jan. 13, and a suspect is in custody.
The suspect fled the store but did not get far. Department of Public Safety troopers spotted the vehicle and pitted it on FM 1119 near County Road 110 outside Centerville, according to DPS Sgt. Justin Ruiz.
There was no pursuit.
"The vehicle was spotted and then pitted by a DPS vehicle," Ruiz said.
