BARBARA ANN SNIDER

1955-2024

Barbara Ann Snider completed her mission on this earth and was called to our Lord and Savior on December 15, 2024. Barbara was born March 11, 1955, the eldest of three children to Joseph Francis Sr. and Joan Faye Brady. She graduated from J. Frank Dobie High School, Class of 1973 as a member of the 2nd entering freshman class.

Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Glen Wilkerson (d. 2005); father, Joseph Brady Sr.; mother, Joan Brady; brother, Joseph Francis (Buddy) Brady Jr.; and sister, Patricia Jean Newton.

She is survived by her husband Blake Snider; son, David Wilkerson (Chrissy); son, Danny Wilkerson (Karen); and daughter, Meggan Temple (Ronnie); grandchildren, Cole, Hadley, Brice, Emmarie, and Jason Wilkerson; along with numerous friends and family.

A Celebration of Life service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 28, at First Baptist Church Freeport, TX, where Barbara and Blake were members.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that a donation be made in Barbara’s honor to the Building Fund of FBC Freeport at PO BOX 3040, Freeport, TX 77541.
