May Dell (Yeager) Newton Younts, 92 years, 10 months, and 17 days; of Bedias, TX; passed away on Saturday; March 11, 2023, in Madisonville, TX. Funeral services are scheduled for 11AM on Friday, March 17, 2023, at Shiloh Baptist Church in Bedias TX with Bro.

The burial will follow at Pankey Cemetery in Bedias, TX. The visitation is scheduled to begin at 10AM prior to the funeral service.

May Dell was born on April 22, 1930, in Iola, TX to Alvin and Lillie Mae (Lassiter) Yeager and she graduated from Bedias High School. She enjoyed quilting and tending to her flowers, but most of all, she loved being with her family. May Dell was a long-time and faithful member of Shiloh Baptist Church, and she truly loved the Lord.

May Dell was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Stanton Newton and Curtis Younts; her sons, Charles Newton and George Newton; her grandson, Marcus Newton; her brothers, Harless Yeager, Leon Yeager, Roland Yeager, and Nolan Yeager; and her sisters, Bonnie Colwell and Dora Glass.

May Dell is survived by her children, Joy Dell Moeller (Raymond), Jay Newton (Beverly), Kay Herren (Wayne); her brother, Johnny Yeager (Rita); her sisters, Yvonne Yeager, Donnie Younts Wendell, Ruby Ledbetter, and Helen Martin; her twelve grandchildren, her twenty-three great grandchildren; and numerous other family members and friends.

Serving as pallbearers are Josh Newton, Jeff Newton, Matt Newton, John Newton, Jason Newton, and Bubba Newton.
