Travis Cannon, 65 years, 9 months, 3 days of Madisonville, TX, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2024 in Bryan, TX. Graveside were scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday, February 4, 2024, at Madisonville Cemetery. Bro. David Norton officiated.

Travis was born on April 27, 1958 in Huntsville, TX to W.M. and Margaret Dorris (Wilkins) Cannon. He served his country in The United States Marine Corps and was honorable discharged in 1979. Travis was employed by BesTest, Incorporated and enjoyed roping, fishing, and golfing.

Travis was preceded in death by his parents; and his siblings, Keith Cannon and Sherry Sims.

He is survived by his wife of forty-two years, Julie Ann (Long) Cannon; his sons, Wesley Cannon (Yamileth) and Clayton Cannon; and his brother Paul Cannon (Mary Helen Gutierrez).
