53 seasons, seven division titles, three conference titles and now the Phoenix Suns, the only team in their division not to be based in California, are halfway to their first NBA championship. The Suns were one of two franchises to join the NBA at the start of the 1968–69 season, alongside their 2020-21 Finals opponent the Milwaukee Bucks.

Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) contractor Knife River Corporation planned to place a barrier and restripe FM 2818 near the FM 60 (Raymond Stotzer Parkway) intersection in College Station beginning Monday, according to a Friday press release from TxDOT.

State Representative Trent Ashby was selected to serve was the Chairman for the House Select Committee on Constitutional Rights and Remedies by Speaker Dade Phelan, according to a July 6 press release. The 15-member committee was formed ahead of the Special Session, which began Thursday, and will last until the 88th Legislative Session is called in January of 2023.
