Dear Editor, To all the land owners that are impacted by the proposed bullet train, be aware that Texas Central Partners is the straw front for the Japanese government for the biggest foreign country land grab in history. Texas Central Partners owe back real estate taxes in every county from Dallas to Harris, which to date is all 10 counties that they own land, water, minerals and anything that is below the surface.

LANIER STEVENS MEMORIAL GOSPEL SINGING

The Midway Church of Christ will host the Lanier Stevens Memorial Gospel Singing on Tuesday, April 12, in the church’s Fellowship Hall. Snacks will be served at 6 p.m. and the singing will start shortly thereafter. Dennis Ivey will host the event and anyone who likes to sing, play an instrument or just listen to some good ole’ Gospel and country music is invited to attend.
