House Democrats’ tax plan would help renters

CAPITAL HIGHLIGHTS Texas House Democrats unveiled a $20.9 billion plan for property tax relief that drops tax rates, increases the homestead exemption, gives annual rebates to renters, and includes pay raises for teachers, the Austin American- Statesman reported. The Little Baby Colt

Body
I remember the time I was driving down the road near our home and I noticed a tiny baby colt lying on his side in a small pasture. I stopped because I thought he might be dead but I noticed that his tail would move or twitch every now and then. His mother was resting beside him and she seemed a little sleepy but she had her eye on hum. The mother seemed to have a look of great pride and contentment in her eyes. She did not pay any attention to me; she just kept watching her little baby. That mare and baby colt reminded me of something in the Bible. It teaches that God loves everyone, (John 3:16) but he has a very special love for those that have turned to Him and asked forgiveness for their sins and have called upon Jesus Christ to be their Lord and Savior. That baby colt at birth received or entered into a special relationship with his mother. His mother had a very special and unique love for Him. Jesus taught we must be born again, not a physical birth but a spiritual birth, (John 3:37). The moment we accept Christ we enter into that love or special relationship and start receiving many new wonderful blessings and privileges. (Isaiah 43:1-7, John 15:9, Romans 8:35-39, Ephesians 2:4-7). See you in Church next Sunday.
