Funeral services for Edna Boyce, 75, of Midway, Texas, was held 2 p.m., Thursday, October 7, 2021 at Madisonville Funeral Home, Madisonville, Texas. Rev. Aaron New officiated the service, and interment followed in Midway Cemetery, Midway, Texas.

Pallbearers: Gage Tate Payton LeBlanc, Michael LeBlanc, Colt LeBlanc, Trigger LeBlanc, Eric Williams

Edna Lunette Boyce was born April 12, 1946 in Houston, Texas to Harold William, Sr. & Edna Jeanette (Wilson) Rodgers. She had lived in Oakhurst, Texas for twenty years and worked for the Eckerds Distribution Warehouse for fifteen years. Edna was a member of Phelps Methodist Church, Phelps, Texas. Following her residence in Oakhurst, Edna lived in Huntsville for a brief time and finally made her home in Midway. Edna enjoyed gardening and taking care of her chickens. She loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren with all of her heart. Edna passed away October 1, 2021 at her home in Midway, Texas. She was preceded in death b her first husband, Clifton LeBlanc, Sr.

Surviving family members include husband, John Charles Boyce of Midway; children, Raychell Tidwell (Drew) of Midway; Clifton LeBlanc, II (Kristy) of Midway and Michael LeBlanc (Abigail) of Midway; grandchildren, Gage Tate, Tabitha Tate, Karley LeBlanc, Trigger LeBlanc, Colt Le-Blanc, Payton LeBlanc, Hunter LeBlanc and Genevive LeBlanc; eight great-grandchildren and half-sister, O’lafia Ingvarsdo’ttir of Iceland.

Madisonville Funeral Home, Madisonville, Texas was entrusted with final arrangements.
