Festival Sprouts Back

Adam Walls prepares complimentary mushroom fajitas for attendees of the 20th Annual Madisonville Mushroom Festival Saturday, which took place on the square with a number of citizens, young and old, enjoying a plethora of diverse vendors and dining options. The festival was put together by the organization’s committee over the last few months despite its cancellation in 2020 due to COVID-19. The event featured a car show and beer and wine tent with live music, located near Prosperity Bank. MARI was in charge of the vendors, which were located on the Square.
