THELMA FAYE THOMPSON

Thelma Faye Thompson was born September 5, 1919 in Bedias, Texas to Martin & Ida Brown. She was married to De Thompson. They had two children; a son Billy De, and a daughter Evelyn. She was a housewife and loved to cook and she made the best fried chicken and sweet tea. She enjoyed just sitting on the front porch and just being outside.

She passed away at 102 peacefully November 20, 2021 in a nursing home in Livingston Texas. She was pre ceded in death by her husband, De Thompson and her son, Billy De Thompson along with both parents and siblings. Surviving family members include her daughter, Evelyn Willis; several nieces and nephews; cousins and grandkids.

A graveside service was held 10 a.m., Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at Jozye Cemetery, Madison County, Texas.

Arrangements were under the direction of Madisonville Funeral Home, Madisonville, Texas.
