Donald Wayne Roundtree, Sr., 47 years old and a long-time resident of Madisonville, TX, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2024 in Midway, TX. Graveside services for the immediate family were scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at Greer Cemetery.

Don, who was known to his family and friends as “Big Don,” was born on September 8, 1977 in Bryan, TX to Randy and Donna (Collum) Roundtree, Sr.

Don was preceded in death by his wife, Roxanne “Roxy” Russell and his grandfathers, Robert Collum and Wayne Bradley.

Don is survived by his sons, Donald Wayne Roundtree, Jr. and his fiancé Summer, Bradley Roundtree and his wife Alyssa, and Bryce Roundtree; his granddaughter, Blair Roxanne Roundtree; his parents, Randy Roundtree Sr., Ronnie and Donna Roberts; his siblings, Randy Roundtree, Jr. and his wife Shurmame, Jerome Roundtree and his wife Tomorrow, Kendrick Gilbert and his wife Tammy, and Brandy Roundtree; his grandmothers, Earlene Collum and Ruth Brandley; and his in-laws, Delaine Shenkir and Shorty

Russell.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be given to the Roundtree Family Memorial Fund at Normangee State Bank.
