SYLVIA MAUREEN (MANSEL) MANNING

Sylvia Maureen (Mansel) Manning, 78 years, a long-time resident of Madisonville, passed away Saturday, January 31, 2026. Her life will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at Day Funeral Home with the visitation beginning at 10 a.m.

Sylvia was born on November 14, 1947 in Marlin to Enoch and Rhoda Mae (Morris) Mansel. She earned her GED and spent many years working at The Corral Café.

Sylvia was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Manning; her daughter, Vickie Parker, 3 great grandchildren; and her numerous siblings.

Sylvia is survived by her daughters; Teri Gardner, Lana Guthrie, Lisa Rogers, Deanna Morales, Karen Manning, Neva Calvit, and Tracy Atzenhoffer.
