On December 6, 1938, Peggy Ann Smith, a tiny baby girl, was born to Clarence E. Smith and Marie (Hutto) Smith in Humble, Texas on Willow Street. A week after her birth, her mother, Marie (Hutto) Smith, died and was buried in Rosewood Cemetery in Humble. Left to mourn Marie Smith’s death was husband, Clarence E. Smith and daughters, Peggy and Alma Gwendolyn “Gwen” Smith.

1926-2023 Gracie Mae Sanders, passed away peacefully on September 23, 2023, at the age of 97 at Christus Trinity hospital in Tyler, TX. She was born on February 13, 1926, in the small town of Mecca, TX to loving parents, Jake Raymond and Lilla Mae (Morgan) Cole.

1968-2023 Polly Ann (Denmon) Rucker, 54 years, 9 months, and 12 days, of Madisonville, TX, passed away on Monday, September 25, 2023 in College Station, TX. Polly’s life was celebrated 11 a.m.
