Billy May, 94, of Bedias, Texas, passed away peacefully on May 14, 2026.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m.

Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Rosewood Memorial Park.

Billy was a proud veteran of the United States Army and served during the Korean War, where he received a Purple Heart for his service and sacrifice.

He is survived by his daughter, Deborah May Townsend; his granddaughters, Nichole Bell (Dusty) and Ashlee “Lee” Cloud; his nieces, Pamela Clarady and Lydia McAfree; his nephew, Larry Roger Clarady; and his great grandchildren, Grayson and Braelyn Bell.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Bobby May; and his sister, Aileen Jones.
