Brenda Gay (Kemp) Foor, 62 years, 1 month, 28 days, a long-time resident of Madisonville, TX passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2024, in Conroe, TX. Brenda’s life will be celebrated at 12 p.m. Friday, May 17, 2024, at The Living Truth Church in Madisonville, TX with Bro. Lon McVeigh officiating.

Brenda was born on March 5, 1962 in Houston, TX to Richard Kemp, Sr. and Sylvia (Smith) McVeigh.

She was preceded in death by her mother and her infant children, Michael and Amanda.

Brenda is survived by her long-time husband, Mitch Foor; her father; her stepfather, Lon McVeigh; her brother, Richard “Ricky” Kemp, Jr. (Teresa); her niece, Heather Kemp and her son Blaize; and her nephew, John Smith and his family.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be given to The Living Truth Church (1100 North May Street, Madisonville, TX 77864).
