MATTHEW EARL WILLIAMS
Matthew Earl Williams was born January 21, 1962 in Madison County to Authur and Lula Mae Williams. He attended Marian Anderson School and graduated class of 1981. He was a man of many jobs including Coral Cafe and Westmoreland Bailbonds. He enjoyed fishing, sports, and spending time with friends and family.
Being comforted is his loving and devoted wife, Linda Williams; children, Cozetta Lotts, Shanica Morning, Ashley White, Kamarie Marbley, Ray Hardeman, Jr. (Tiffany) and Corneilous Terrell; sisters, Marjorie Williams-Holiday, Denise Woodard and LaJune Irving (Marion); brother, James Smith; aunt, Martha Square; fourteen grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, Algie & L.D. Smith; two daughters; brother, Jerry Smith; sister, Savannah Smith; nephew, James Wheaton and niece, Carletha Hawthorne.
Homegoing services for Matthew were held 2 p.m., Saturday, March 19, 2022 at Free Pentecostal House of Prayer, Madisonville, Texas. Interment followed in West End Cemetery.
