Rosa Ella (Kratz) Privette, 83 years, of Buffalo, TX, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2026. Graveside services are scheduled were 11 a.m. Monday, May 11, 2026, at Lummus Cemetery in Buffalo, TX.

“Rose,” as she was known to her family and friends, was born on December 22, 1942 in Buffalo, TX to Robert and Dorcas (House) Kratz.

Rose was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, R.J. Kratz and Alva Gene Kratz; and her daughter, Angie Burchfield.

Rose is survived by her son, Dean Privette (Dottie); her daughter, Cyndi Bachman (Gregg); and her sisters, Geneva Christensen, Nell Jackson, Arva King, Dale Mericle (Bill), Sherry Owens, and Beverly Ferguson (Fred).
