May Dell (Yeager) Newton Younts, 92 years, 10 months, and 17 days; of Bedias, TX; passed away on Saturday; March 11, 2023, in Madisonville, TX. Funeral services are scheduled for 11AM on Friday, March 17, 2023, at Shiloh Baptist Church in Bedias TX with Bro.

Ralph Steven Grisham, 69, of Plantersville, Texas passed away surrounded by his wife and children on March 6, 2023. Ralph was born on May 24, 1953 to Ervin and Jackie Grisham in Houston, Texas.

Jimmie “Joan” Anderson, 83, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away on March 11, 2023, in Madisonville, Texas after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. Joan was born on July 17, 1939 in Gladewater, Texas to Sarah (Brown) Kendrick and Lamoin Kendrick.

July 18, 1951 – March 8, 2023 Timothy (Tim) Scott Stewart passed away March 8, 2023, in Nome Alaska after a valiant battle with refractory multiple myeloma. His loving wife Christine was at his side. Tim was preceded in death by his parents Orie J. and Earlene Scott Stewart of Madisonville, Texas.

Nelda Ruth Murphy, mostly known as Ruth, died peacefully after a brief illness at her home with her only surviving son by her side. She will be greatly missed but she’s no longer in pain and she’s celebrating her new life with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Ross Gordon Schmitt, 72, of Madisonville, Texas passed away on February 19, 2023 in Madisonville, Texas. He was born to Gordon Schmitt and Marion Elsie (Joceyn) in Kitchener Ontario, Canada. Ross was a truck driver who loved having the opportunity to travel across and view all of the beautiful and vast landscapes the United States has to offer. He was also a big fan of the NFL 49’ers.
