Through the magic of technology, you can enjoy and participate in this Christmas service while remaining at home. Or, you can head on over to the Grants Methodist Church on First Street. The program starts at 11:00 am on Sunday, December 19.

Lady Stangs take down Hudson

Body
Feliz Navidad! This artwork by Falicity Frank displays the magic of the Christmas-holiday season. It includes: red and green (Christmas colors) hot air fiesta balloons, including one in the foreground left; lit candles at the bottom of a Christmas Tree; the New Mexico red and yellow symbol of the state at the top of the tree; the Albuquerque city skyline backdrop; another gorgeous Christmas Tree to the right; and, of all things, a cute green alien, presumably from Mars. (He or she might make a nice pet - maybe for someone from Roswell). Wow, quite a holiday scene. There are also seasonal decorative pottery pieces set throughout this backspace and a string of lights adorning across the Christmas landscape in this picturesque piece of holiday art. Let's not forget a basket of chile peppers to the left and, way up in the sky to the right, clouds, another planet, flying saucers, and a small star's brilliance to the upper right. Falicity has quite an imagination and created a beautiful scene to give us even more holiday cheer.
