The City of Madisonville is still accepting rental applications for the newly constructed apartments located on Bogan Street in Madisonville. Applications are taken at Madisonville City Hall, Monday through Friday during business hours. The application and information are accessible on the city website under the residents tab (madisonvilletexas.us).

The City of Madisonville is seeking an applicant to serve on the Planning and Zoning Commission. The Planning and Zoning Commission is an advisory board consisting of five members, serving a 4-year term, who are responsible for making recommendations to the City Council regarding planning and zoning matters.
