The Bedias Creek Soil and Water Conservation District board approved changes Monday to federal funding priorities for the region's poultry farms. Board members voted to adjust how poultry farms are ranked under the Environmental Quality Incentives Program, aiming to better reflect local needs and improve access to funding.
