North Zulch FFA members gathered for a salsa and jam-making party, celebrating the fruits of their hard work in the school’s Salsa Garden. This project, made possible through funding from the Texas Farm Bureau and Madison County Farm Bureau, has been a year-long effort involving students from multiple classes and campuses.

Madison County commissioners approved the purchase of two new vehicles for the district attorney’s office and authorized two unpaid interns during their regular meeting Tuesday morning. The court approved the district attorney’s office to trade in a 2019 Ford F-150 for a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 crew cab four-wheel drive from Caldwell Country Chevrolet.
