Attendees of the Madisonville Sidewalk Cattlemen’s Association Steak Dinner enjoy conversations on Saturday, May 3. The event also held live music and fundraising activities to provide scholarships for local youth.
Airman Ava Grooms (left), daughter of Veronica Landmann and the late Don Grooms, has completed Phase 2 of Tech School in Surgical Services at Nellis A.F.B. in Las Vegas. She will now be stationed at her First Duty Station at Eglin A.F.B. in Florida. Airman Grooms graduated from Basic Training at Lackland A.F.B. in December and completed Phase I of Tech School at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio in March.
Residents of Madison County including those attending the House of Hope program joined thousands across the nation Thursday, May 1 for National Day of Prayer with services at Noon at the Madison County Courthouse.
