Starting the North Zulch Basketball tournament, the Lady Bulldogs faced the Conroe Covenant Christian as their first game on Thursday, Nov.18, losing to them by a score of 58-30. The next day, the Lady Bulldogs faced the Latexo Tigers, coming out strong with a close game of 37-34, a nail-biting victory.
On Tuesday, Nov. 28, the North Zulch Bulldogs and the Coolidge Yellowjackets went head to head in a match ending with Coolidge winning 54-34. Afterward, the North Zulch Bulldogs hosted their basketball tournament.
The Lady Mustangs varsity basketball team is holding firm. They’re currently 7-1 overall, with their latest game being against the Lake Belton Broncos on Tuesday, Nov. 28, winning 50-44.
