COLLEGE STATION, TX– State Representative Kyle Kacal has announced his intention to seek re-election to the Texas House of Representatives. Kacal represents House District 12, which includes Grimes, Madison, Robertson, Walker, and Washington counties, as well as a portion of Brazos County.

The United States Constitution turns 236 years old on Sept. 17. While most citizens associate the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness with the Constitution, those words are not mentioned in this great document.
