On February 24, 2022, a country of over 144 million invaded a small county of 44 million people with a vast invasion force of thousands of soldiers and an untold number of tanks and military equipment. The vast army laid in wait on the small countries northern, eastern, and southern borders just waiting for the command. One man, President Vladimir Putin, was the only one to give the command. Untold numbers have died, millions have left and lost everything trying to find safety. Why? Just because one man with evil in his heart wanted it. These terrible events remind me of something in the future that the Bible predicts. There is coming a time when all born again, those trusting in Jesus Christ alone, will be taken off the Earth, (John 3:16-18, 1 Thessalonians 4:15-18, 1 Corinthians 15:51-53, John 14:1-3, Revelation 3:10). The influence of Christians all over the world will be gone, (Matthew 24:36, 44). Then what? In my opinion it will be like a town with no police, evil will prevail. The Holy Spirit will not keep evil back, (2 Thessalonians 2:7). Wickedness and evilness will prevail like no one has seen but it will not last forever. Christ Jesus will return to the earth bodily, physically, (Revelation Chapter 19). Jesus had defeated all wickedness and paid the price for our sins, (Isaiah 53:6, Romans 5:8, 1 Peter 3:18).
