Children played pumpkin ring toss and other games during the North Zulch PTO Fall Festival Oct. 31 at North Zulch Elementary School. The event featured carnival games, food, a silent auction and a costume contest. Admission was free with carnival game tickets sold for $1 each. AUSTIN — Texas Parks and Wildlife Department has launched Tip411, a new text, app and online system that allows people to report fishing, wildlife and boating violations anonymously through their Operation Game Thief program.
