Madison County residents bow their heads during the county prayer vigil Thursday, Aug. 8, at the Truman Kimbro Center. Pastor Ed Collins offered prayers for the county while Police Chief Herbert Gilbert led the Pledge of Allegiance. Pastor Cindy L. Clark was among several speakers at the event.

Madison County 4-H celebrated a successful 2023-2024 year at its annual awards banquet Thursday, Aug. 8.

The Madison County Chamber of Commerce welcomed Rustic Gardens RV Park with an official chamber ribbon cutting Thursday, Aug. 8. The RV Park offers a serene and tranquil environment, reliable Wi-Fi and well-maintained facilities. Rustic Gardens is located at 3239 I-45 South in Madisonville.
