The Madisonville football team (5-4, 3-1) dropped their first district matchup of the season 47-21 in Bellville Friday. The Brahmas (6-3, 4-0) clinched the district title with the win; the Mustangs will enter the State Playoffs as the second seed following their final home game against Giddings.
