Residents of the community gathered on Saturday, March 30, at the square to participate in the 43rd annual Rita’s Easter Parade, a tradition that has carried over through generation through generation in the town of Madisonville.
Attendees of the Madison County Fair immersed themselves in the festivities, with moments captured ranging from the focus of animal judging to the joyful expressions of the fairgoers, enjoying this annual fair.

Madisonville 4-H hosted a benefit dance on Saturday, Feb. 10. This western-themed event brought together students 18 and younger from Madisonville CISD, North Zulch ISD and Normangee ISD.
The North Zulch FFA Wool Team competed at Bell County Sat., Feb. 10. The team placed 4th overall. Katie W. placed 4th on the rail and 8th individual overall. Garrett R. placed 9th on the rail. Sunday, Feb. 11 NZFFA competed at San Antonio Rodeo and the team placed 8th overall.

Braxton B. and River G., members of North Zulch FFA, completed and showed their ag mechanics projects at the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo last weekend. They both received blue ribbons for their work on their individual projects. Braxton showed his root rake in the Tractor Attachment Division and River showed his boat in the Wildlife Equipment Division. River G. also won Reserve Champion in the Wildlife Division.
