The City of Madisonville held their traditional Indepen dence Day celebration at Lake Madison Park Sunday, which featured food, music, fun and, of course, fireworks at night. Attendees enjoyed a bigger and lengthier fireworks show than in the past.
The Trailer Parts Outlet Team held a grand reopening at their newly renovated facilities at 2209 I-45 North in Madisonville, a few miles past Henson Ford. The celebration lasted throughout business Monday to showcase their new building. The free festivities music, food, prizes and a ribbon cutting presented by the Madison County Chamber of Commerce. Lori’s School of Dance, Tumbling and Cheerleading shined the brightest out of 36 dance studios at the prestigious Encore Performing Arts Nationals competition in Las Vegas last week, earning three National Championships, including a National Grand Championship, the event’s highest honor.
