Funeral services for Linda Folsom, age 81, were held 1 p.m., Friday, April 15, 2022 at Madisonville Funeral Home, Madisonville, Texas with Rev. Glenn Connor, pastor of Elwood Baptist Church, officiating. Linda was laid to rest in Jozye Cemetery.

Brenda Joy (Smith) Reno; 81 years, 1 day; passed away on Sunday; April 17, 2022 at her home. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday; April 23, 2022 at The First Baptist Church in Madisonville, TX with the burial to follow at Madisonville Cemetery in Madisonville, TX. There will be a visitation prior to the service beginning at 1 p.m., also at The First Baptist Church.

Mary Ollie (Rogers) Andrus, 79, of Madisonville, Texas passed away on April 8, 2022, in Madisonville, Texas. She was born on May 30, 1942, to J D Rogers and Robbie May (Reding) in Madison County, Texas. Mary was very well known in the Madisonville community, as the owner of Gent’s Florist for thirty years and as the first woman elected as Madison County Commissioner for six years. Mary loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Daughters of Confederates and Eastern Star. In her spare time, she loved to travel and ride back roads. Mary had great interest in her genealogy and history of the family. She loved antiquing and collecting knickknacks. She was very crafty.

Bobby G. Adams, age 87, of North Zulch, Texas passed away April 13, 2022 at his home in North Zulch. He was born to Cal Dodson “Dod” & Lila (Brooks) Adams May 26, 1934 in North Zulch, Texas. Bobby was raised for a brief time in North Zulch. When he was very young, his family moved to Aransas Pass, Texas, where Bobby spent the remainder of his childhood throughout high school graduation. It was in Aransas Pass where Bobby made friendships that endured his entire life. Bobby then attended and graduated from the University of Texas and worked in retail management until his retirement twenty-five years ago. Bobby and his wife moved back to his home of North Zulch to live out their retired years.

Edward Leonard Lagravier, age 81, of Normangee, Texas passed away April 13, 2022 at his home in Normangee (Mecca) Texas. He was born June 3rd, 1940 in Normangee, Texas to Jack and (Jackie) Virginia Aleen Kelly Lagravier.

Homegoing services for Mrs. Beverly Robinson, age 61, were held 11 a.m., Saturday, April 16, 2022 at Madisonville Funeral Home, Madisonville, Texas. Interment followed in West End Cemetery, Madisonville, Texas.

Funeral services for Evelyn Jeanelle Mathis took place 2 p.m., Saturday, April 2, 2022, at Madisonville Funeral Home, Madisonville, Texas. Interment followed at Madisonville Cemetery. Joel Douget officiated the service.

Our beloved Jessy Andrew “Drew” Montgomery, age 63, of Madisonville, Texas, passed away on April 7, 2022 in his home in Canyon Lake, TX. He was surrounded by his wife, two daughters, and grandson, who happened to be visiting.

Kevin Keith Carlow passed away from his earthly home April 2, 2022. He was born June 1, 1968, in Albany, Georgia.
