Madisonville CISD held their annual ceremony honoring our nation’s Veterans at Mustang Stadium Thursday. Local Veterans were invited to attend and were provide with a free brunch following the festivities.

The North Zulch volleyball team advanced to the Regional Quarterfinals Thursday with a win over Kennard in straight sets in the Area round in Buffalo. The Lady Bulldogs battled Trinidad Tuesday with a trip to the Regional Semifinals on the line.

David Guevara of Madisonville High School has been selected for the 2022 High School Honors Performance Series at Carnegie Hall and will Wind Ensemble Participation at the storied venue. This distinction is limited to the highest-rated high school performers from across the world.
